项目概况	广州广电林仕豪模具制造有限公司（以下简称林仕豪公司）是1998年广州无线电集团收购中外合资企业——广州林仕豪电脑化模具制品有限公司而改组设立。林仕豪公司是广州市高新技术企业、中国模具工业协会和东省模具工业协会副理事长单位及广州市模具工业协会理事长单位，是华南地区最具实力的专业模具公司之一。 公司主营大型精密塑料模具制造及小批量产品生产，其中：塑料模以高端汽车模具生产为主，五金模以家电模具生产为主。该公司是国内最早使用CAD/CAM技术进行模具加工的企业，也是较早采用热流道技术、气体辅助注塑成型技术、激光修复技术、激光表面处理技术进行模具设计制造的企业之一。 林仕豪公司注册资金2000万元，目前资产总额约8000万元(人民币,下同)，净资产约5500万元。 随着中国作为世界制造中心的日趋形成，未来中国模具市场具有很大的发展空间，特别是中国汽车消费市场的持续快速增长，以及广州市重点扶持汽车支柱产业的政策导向，给林仕豪公司带来了良好的发展机遇。林仕豪公司决心抓住这次广州市汽车产业变革的机遇，整合外界资源，迅速发展汽车高端模具市场和汽车配件市场。 为此，林仕豪公司竭诚希望与中外有实力、有较强品牌知名度的专业模具公司及相关企业合资合作，共谋发展。林仕豪公司拟采用存量转让和增资扩股相结合的方式招商引资，新增融资3000万元，支持公司的战略发展。

Description of Project	Guangzhou GRG Lamko Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd (briefly in GRG Lamko hereafter) was established in year 1998 when Guangzhou Radio Group purchased a joint venture company named Guangzhou Lamko Computerized Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd and after all regrouped it. GRG Lamko is a high technology enterprise in Guangzhou. It’s not only the vice-council unit for Guangdong and China Mold Association, but also the council unit for Guangzhou mold industry. This makes it become one of the most powerful and professional mold manufacturing companies.   This company mainly produces big and advanced plastic molds and a few quantities of finished products. The plastic molds here referring to are mainly for advance motorcar molds and the hardware molds are mainly for households. It’s the earliest one who adopted CAD/CAM tech for processing molds in domestic and also the one who used heat treated tunnel tech, air-aided injection tech, laser repairing tech, laser surface processing tech for mold designing and manufacturing.   GRG Lamko has RMB. 20 million for registered capital and presently has RMB. 80 million. for total assets. The net assets are about RMB. 55 million.   As China is fast becoming the world manufacturing center, there are big developing spaces for mold manufacturing in China. Especially because of the quick and steady raise in China motorcar consuming market and the policy for supporting car manufactory industry in Guangzhou, it brings perfect development opportunity for GRG Lamko. Thus they decided to grasp this good opportunity and ready to regroup the resources so that they can quickly develop in advanced molds market and fittings market for motorcar.   GRG Lamko eagerly want to cooperate with powerful, famous-branded and professional domestic or foreign mold companies and other relate companies so that the two parties can develop together. GRG Lamko would adopt two ways for this investment project. One is to transfer partial shares, the other is to add capital and share. With this two ways, they want to newly develop financing for RMB. 30 million so that they can support the strategic development of the company.
Cooperation Form	Combine the two ways as transferring partial shares and adding capital and share. Guangzhou Radio Group would sell part of the shares of GRG Lamko, the cooperator would buy the shares and invest RMB. 30 million in addition.
